I like Dr. Miller because she is thorough in doing my eye exam, she listens to my concerns and questions and responds intelligently and respectfully. I like to avoid medicines, if possible, and she has been supportive in alternatives in handling eye situations. The rest of the staff are always courteous and helpful all the time.

I have been coming to Park Eye Center for several years now for my annual eye exams. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. If you have a question about anything regarding payments or insurance, etc., they provide comprehensive information and they make sure that you understand things as a valued patient. Dr. Chani Miller is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about each and every one of her patients. I say this not only from my own experience but many of my family members see Dr. Miller, as well. And we all feel the same way…..although you are a patient, she remembers that you are also a human being and not just a name on the schedule. Her exams are thorough, she explains things explicitly, and she’s a very genuine, kind individual. I have recommended Park Eye Center to many of my colleagues here at Rutgers and I will continue to do so. I have been very pleased for many years now and I look forward to seeing Dr. Miller for my annual exams or anything in between that may require a visit to her office. Excellent service and care. Very thorough detailed eye exam. Dr. Miller takes her time with you and is always willing to answer any questions. The staff are professional and pleasant. Always get my eye glasses here because of the selection, price range and excellent attention.

I have been going to Dr. Schwartz for over twenty years. He has protected the vision of my entire family over that time. He is thorough, thoughful and knowledgeable. He truly listens and is so reassuring regardless of the issue you are facing. His referrals when more complex issues arose have been outstanding as well. We trust him with our sight and know that our trust is well placed.

I needed an urgent appointment with Dr. Miller and starting with her and the rest of her team they all went out of their way to accomodate me. I will be operated upon both eyes for cataract extraction in the near future. Dr.Miller was so reassuring, knowledgeable about my eye complications and took time to explain every slight procedure, as if I was the only patient she had to see that day. She communicates in terminology that I can easily comprehend. Dr. Miller was generous to supply me with the necessary samples, (eye drops and indeed a couple of pairs of temporary wear hydrophilic lenses and their solutions) I feel extremely confident going for my surgeries knowing that I am under the care of Dr. Miller.

Park Eye Center has a fabulous selection of eye glasses! Even more important than that, each person there demonstrates excellence in his or her role. Amy Frost (Office Manager and Frame Stylist) is tremendously helpful in helping you select frames that both fit appropriately and flatter your appearance. Jose Velez, the Optical Technition, knows how to adjust them just right! Dr. Chani Miller (Optomestrist) is both thorough and caring in her eye exams. She really listens to you and puts your welfare first. I recently found out she is the docter who caught my friend’s glaucoma which was missed by the standard pressure test. That was a sight-saving observation! For me, she understood the complexity of my visual challenges and referred me to a specialist so that I could get the best prescription for my eyes and help for my light sensitiviity. The whole staff is very courteous and helpful. I don’t know the front desk people by name. Furthermore, they accept Care Credit with pay-off plans up to one-and-a-half years. That is so extremely helpful. Their prices seem fair given their location, the extensive frame choices they offer, and the individualized care they provide. They also guarantee their work so that you will not leave without eyeglasses that work for you. I highly reccommend Park Eye Center.

I was very pleased with my experience at Park Eye Center in Highland Park. There was no waiting beyond my appointment time, which shows that the staff realize its clients’ time is important, too. The staff are all polite and professional. Dr. Bose answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Thank you, Park Eye Center!
