I was very pleased with my experience at Park Eye Center in Highland Park. There was no waiting beyond my appointment time, which shows that the staff realize its clients’ time is important, too. As Dr.Schwartz (regular physician) was not in the office and he had many times commented on Dr.Miller’s excellence, I requested an emergency appointment with her to evaluate my eye in which I was not sure if I had splashed a dangerous substance. The front desk was very helpful in relaying my message to Dr. Miller, and she immediately took my call and permitted me to come in and see her. I am very grateful that my eye was not damaged and sincerely appreciate not only her medical expertise but her understanding of the emotional and mental nervousness and worry I was experiencing. Dr Schwartz is fantastic, kind, patient and thorough. He puts my 11 year old daughter completely at ease, which makes coming to her examinations a pleasure. The staff is pleasant and efficient and the office is comfortable and in a convenient location.

Excellent care from all staff members encountered. Especially want to cite Dr. Bose for her professionalism, clarity and ease with which she conducted my yearly exam, as well as Jose for completely restoring a pair of accidently misshapen glasses – great hands !

My adult son has special needs and has multiple medical issues. Both staff and Doctor were patient with him giving him extra time to follow directions. The Doctor was mindful of my son’s medical conditions when examining him.

The Park Eye Center is a consistently helpful, swift, and courteous experience. The space is clean and well organized. Several very knowledgeable eye doctors’ do a fabulous job of maintaining the balance between answering questions/ giving explanations and keeping everything moving quickly so you don’t have to sit and wait. The staff at the front desk are all friendly and helpful no matter the question or problem. If only all my doctor visits could replicate this experience!

I needed a lot of information about my insurance and what was available to me. When myself and my son went to get glasses the woman that helped was not only nice but was VERY helpful. She gave advice in picking out frames, lenses and picked out products that fell under my insurance. I really like our new doctor and I am very happy with this practice. The only issue was wait time. I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time but everyone was very nice. Thank you!

I prefer Park Eye Center to the Mall and Big Box stores because the service is local, personal and much more professional. Their thoroughness is much better, they are more attentive and I have had much better vision with their better care. Plus, I find their services to be less expensive than most, for basic exams and check-ups.
